How cancellation works

NeoReceipt is a monthly subscription that you can cancel whenever you like. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed after that. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused time, or past charges.

Try it free first

Because we know paying for software you have not tried is frustrating, NeoReceipt includes a free plan so you can scan your first receipts and see exactly how it works before you ever pay. We recommend using the free plan to confirm it fits your needs before upgrading.

How to cancel

Open your account, go to billing, and choose to cancel. Your subscription will not renew, and you keep access until the period you already paid for ends. You can also export a CSV or download all of your receipts at any time, including before you cancel.
