Every way to find your Kroger receipt
1. In the Kroger app or Kroger.com
- Sign in to the Kroger app or Kroger.com with your loyalty account.
- Open Purchase History.
- Select a trip to view its digital receipt (tied to your Kroger Plus Card).
2. Online / pickup / delivery orders
- Open Orders in your Kroger account.
- Select the order to view or print the receipt.
3. Customer service lookup
- If a purchase is missing, visit the store's customer service desk.
- Provide your loyalty account or the card used and the date so they can locate and reprint it.
Your loyalty account ties purchases together
Scanning your Kroger Plus Card or entering your phone number at checkout attaches the trip to your account, so it appears in Purchase History with a digital receipt. Purchases made without it leave only the printed slip.
The same loyalty account covers Kroger's family of banners, so your history follows you across those stores.
Returns
Within the return window, Kroger can often locate a purchase from your loyalty account or the card used, so bring the card and, ideally, the receipt on your phone.
Keeping Kroger receipts for taxes
Groceries are usually personal, but if you buy supplies for a business (for example, ingredients for a catering or food business, or breakroom supplies), those are deductible and the itemized receipt is what you keep. Pull the digital receipt and flag the business items when you shop.
Good to know
- Scan your Kroger Plus Card or enter your phone number so every trip saves to Purchase History.
- The same account works across Ralphs, Fred Meyer, King Soopers and other Kroger banners.
- Buying supplies for a business? Save the itemized digital receipt and separate the business items.
Never hunt for a receipt again
Found it? Keep it, and every future receipt, in one place. NeoReceipt lets you snap a photo or forward a receipt email, then reads it and files it into the right tax category. If you are self-employed, that means every deduction is captured and nothing goes missing.
