Every way to find your Ross receipt
1. Keep or photograph the printed receipt
- Your printed Ross receipt is the primary record of the purchase.
- Photograph it right away so you keep a copy even if the paper is lost or fades.
Ross does not sell online or link purchases to an account, so the paper receipt (or a photo of it) is your only record.
2. Ask the store to look it up (card lookup)
- For a recent purchase, return to the store where you shopped.
- Provide the card you paid with and the approximate date and time.
- They may be able to locate or reprint the transaction, within their lookup window.
3. Returns without a receipt
- If you are returning an item without the receipt, bring a valid government photo ID.
- Ross may offer store credit for a verified return, subject to their return policy and time limits.
Ross is in-store only, with no online account
Ross Dress for Less does not operate an online store and does not have a loyalty or membership program, so there is no digital purchase history to sign into. That makes your printed receipt, or a photo of it, the record of what you bought.
Because prices and stock change constantly at Ross, the register receipt is also the clearest proof of what you paid for a specific item.
