Every way to find your Walgreens receipt
1. In the Walgreens app or Walgreens.com
- Open the Walgreens app or sign in at Walgreens.com.
- Open your account and look for purchase history or digital receipts.
- Select a purchase to view the itemized digital receipt (saved when myWalgreens was scanned).
2. Online orders
- Sign in at Walgreens.com and open Order History.
- Select the order to view or print the receipt.
3. In store or customer service
- For an in-store purchase not linked to myWalgreens, ask the store to reprint the receipt.
- For older purchases, contact Walgreens customer service with the card used and the date.
myWalgreens links your in-store receipts
When you scan your myWalgreens card or enter your phone number at checkout, Walgreens can save a digital receipt to your account, viewable in the app. Without it, the only record of an in-store purchase is the printed slip.

Prescriptions are separate
Prescription payment records and your year-end prescription history come from the Walgreens pharmacy, not the retail receipt. Request a prescription payment summary from the pharmacy for medical-expense or HSA records.
